Assumptions

  • Association of a logo file will happen manually after migration
  • Creation of acronyms will happen mannual after migration. Redirect pages for acronyms will happen using a script or other tool after page migration.
  • All other field values are derived from page categories, using similar methods as for Products.

Migration Instructions

There are currently 284 pages in the template, all pages in the category are in the template. Of these 266 are where there is not Architecture value, and so Architecture="Standard" by default.

  • Workgroup Name - derived from page name
  • Acronym - null by default, no consistent source, will be manually updated after migration.
  • Logo Image - null by default, not consistent source, will be manually updated after migration.
  • Architecture - 3 values: Standard, Architecture Page, Content Page. based on category, default is "Standard" for 266... 18 have a category already
  • Workgroup Type - based on category tree under Category:Workgroup
  • Effort - based on category tree under Category:Effort (Workgroup Purposes on Form)
  • Jurisdictions based on category tree under Category:Jurisdiction
  • Places - based on category tree under Category:Place (Geographic Territory on Form, the category used is actually Category:Salish Sea)
  • AnthroTopics - based on category tree under Category:Anthropogenic Topics
  • EcoTopics - based on category tree under Category:Ecosystem Topics
