The Nisqually Land Trust acquires and manages critical lands to permanently protect the water, wildlife, natural areas, and scenic vistas of the Nisqually River watershed. Nisqually Land Trust acquires and manages conservation lands in the Nisqually Watershed, and works closely with the Nisqually Indian Tribe and Nisqually River Foundation. As of 2019 NLT works with a nine person staff, and a 13 person board of directors.
