Langley is a small incorporated coastal city in Island County. The City is located on a system of bluffs and beaches.
Notes
- The city as an elected 5-person city council and an elected mayor that serves as the executive of a city government.
- There are four departments: planning, public works, public safety, and the treasurer.
- City functions are supported by a relatively large number of commissions that provide community input on key policy issues.
