Both public and private institutions that provide education for high school graduates, separate from Youth Education which is oriented to legal minors. Academic workgroups are typically involved in both Knowledge Creation and particularly Research and Education as well as Social Change. Academic workgroups in Washington that are state-funded can work seamlessly with State agencies.
