The Lower Snohomish Reach Scale Plan is a product being developed by Snohomish County under the Snohomish Sustainable Lands Strategy to define a stategy for improving fish habitat, flood management, and farm productivity in the Snohomish River Floodplain.

  • Develop a feasible plan which over the whole scope results in net gain for fish, farms, and flood.
