This is a large-scale mitigation bank in the Snohomish Delta created by the Port of Everett with Wildlands, Inc. As the bank sponsor. The site is certified by NOAA as a conservation bank. It was used for resolution of liability in the Port Gardner NRDA Case.
Notes
- As of 2023, Ecology reports the project as a proposed mitigation bank and the bank is not certified for Clean Water Act wetland credits.
