Puget Sound Nearshore Ecosystem Restoration Project developed a conceptual design for restoration of the northern extent of the Marshlands Drainage District.

Notes

• There has been limited interest in design development from critical land owners.
• The position of the marshland pump station, which provides drainage for most of the Marshlands landscape would need to be considered as part of design.
• The main BNSF Railroad Grade runs through the Marshlands landscape--a major piece of infrastructure.
