This page summarizes evidence about the effects of Restoration efforts at River Deltas on Salmon populations. It describes Monitoring and Research associated with a large body of River Delta Restoration. Work in the Skagit River Delta by SRSC and NOAA has resulted in long-term datasets supported in part by the Intensively Monitored Watersheds program. Additional effort in the Snohomish Estuary, work surrounding the Nisqually Refuge Restoration, and work in the Stillaguamish River Delta have added additional data points. Monitoring in the Nooksack River Delta] has also allowed for additional comparisons. These sections can be built out, and at some point could be moved to new pages.
