Sea level rise is an effect of anthropogenic Climate Change. It has a strong effect on the future conditions of Beaches, Embayments and River Deltas driving a Flood Hazard Management challenge. Higher sea level can affect coastal Groundwater either increasing salinity, or elevating the freshwater table.
