Notes
- Results of a 10-year monitoring project assessing the efficacy of multiple years of nourishment in front of a long rock revetment along Lummi Shore Road.
- Nourishment was ultimately abandoned from this site because the impact of the armor on habitat conditions was too much for nourishment to compensate for. Despite the large volumes of nourishment and repeated nourishment attempts, beach habitat conditions continued to degrade after the revetment was built."
