The ESRP Learning Program conducts captial feasibility projects of regional value to increase effectiveness of beach, embyament and river delta protection and restoration. Project are selected as part of the biennial capital project seleciton process, through collaboration of on-the-ground restoration and protection workgroups, and academic and agency scientists.

Wiki members are welcome to provide comments, questions or concerns on the discussion tab of the effort pages identified above, before close of business on December 19, 2014. Those additions will be consolidated, project proponents will have an opportunity to respond, and the whole will be considered by an ESRP technical review team, along with the final proposals to complete final review and ranking early in 2015.
