Geographic funds from the EPA's National Estuary Program flow into several state institutions to fulfil program goals, including addressing stormwater impacts on the Puget Sound. The Stormwater SIL is led by staff at Washington State Department of Ecology supported by the Washington Stormwater Center and Washington State Department of Commerce.
