Sociocracy, also described as Dynamic Governance, is a variation and refinement of consensus decision making, developed by a Dutch Engineer, Gerard Endenburg. It includes a range of theories and practices to support the distribution of power within a very adaptive and self-organizing work group.
Schools of Thought
Three groups appear to be actively developing and distributing materials, including extensive free resources and videos.
