During the 2020 Pandemic a group of colleagues from the Skagit including SRSC Skagit Watershed Council and Skagit Fisheries Enhancement Group. With a limited web presence, they attracted 180 individuals across Puget Sound that wanted to learn and teach and discuss riparian restoration, with a focus on revegetation of plan communities.

Notes
- Revegetation and Riparian Buffering Functions topic pages provide related content.
- File:Cereghino 2021 north sound riparian conference notes.pdf provides rough notes from one notetaker.
- https://www.facebook.com/events/1033875923691785 is the facebook announcement for the event.
- The following topics recurred as possible areas of future work:
- Browse Protection Best Practices (including plastic reduction) - This could be an expansion of the Revegetation topic.
- Use of Language to Capture Our Cultural Needs (“Restoration”)' - Don't know how to capture this issue.
- Designing Revegetation in Beaver Habitat - see Beaver for related links.
- Funding Systems for Local and Long-term Stewardship - see Acquisition Barrier Analysis for related efforts. We likely need to expand our comprehension of government funded stewardship on public and private land and how that relates to private stewardship.
- Managed Migration and Genetic Sourcing - specialized topic related to both Climate Change and Revegetation
- Standard Project Recordkeeping Practices and Tools - Good potential Resource collection related to Revegetation. Many individuals have resources here.
- http://ecosystemguild.org/2019/09/02/ecological-site-assessment/ provides some standard resources on ecological site assessment using google sheets for data collection.
- Efficient Conversion Strategies, from blackberry/knotweed/reed canarygrass
- Blackberry Conversion is a sample page that could be part of a set.
- Cutting and Livestake Production, Processing and Installation includes some information presented at the conference about reed canarygrass conversion.
- Mitigation Performance Standards (biodiversity and emergents) - an open and unresolved issue
