The Estuary and Salmon Restoration Program (ESRP) is a protection and restoration funding opportunity being developed by the Puget Sound Nearshore Ecosystem Restoration Project to support the transition from opportunistic project funding to strategic and sustained nearshore ecosystem restoration in Puget Sound.
