  • The Millenium Ecosystem Assessment provides an often referenced international framework for describing a range of tangible and intangible mechanisms by which human societies derive value from ecosystems.
  • Earth Economics is a workgroup based out of Seattle, Washington that has completed a number of reports that attempt to quantify ecosystem services.
