We have extended the time available for community review

Wiki members are welcome to provide comments, questions or concerns on the discussion tab of the pages identified above, before close of business on January 9, 2014. Those additions will be consolidated, project proponents will have an opportunity to respond, and the whole will be considered by an ESRP technical review team, along with the final proposals to complete final review and ranking early in 2015. Please contact User:Pcereghino or the ESRP program manager if you would like to provide anonymous questions, commments or concerns.

Please review our selection criteria--comments that precisely address review criteria will have the greatest impact on review.
