Place pages are a kind of Topic page. They are different than sites in that they are either located within a site, like an islands within deltas, or a particular stretch of beach within a drift cell, or locations that contain multiple sites like Dabob Bay or Hood Canal Sub-basin. A Place-Topic Page can be used to organize sites or talk in more detail about a particular place within a site.
